Stéphane, co-founder and artistic director at Vugana, organized his first events, concerts, in 2012 in Brussels. In 2016, he successfully launched the innovative afterwork concept "Les Apéros Chill." Simultaneously, he served as co-host and content creator at Tarmac, the digital hub of RTBF, the national television channel in Belgium.
Since April 2023, he is now based in Kigali and is determined to bring his expertise to the fields that inspire him.
